Our Recruitment Process
We operate a stringent recruitment process to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the adults we support. All prospective staff must undergo:
- Comprehensive face-to-face interviews
- Full employment history checks
- A minimum of two satisfactory written references
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks
- Right to work in the UK verification
- Health declarations
